Who am I?

I believe in clarity.

I have worked as an independent, a small team member, and as a manager of up to 50 people.

I have worked with businesses on four continents, ranging in size from small start-ups to international Fortune 500 companies.

I have conducted classroom and remote training, written thousands of pages of documentation, and produced dozens of hours’ worth of instructional videos and online classes.

But the connecting theme has always remained the same: I believe in making the lives of the end-users easier, whether they are employees, leaders, or customers.
